Every project carries exposure. The question is not whether it exists β it is whether it is visible, governed, and protected, or whether it is accumulating quietly underneath execution that appears to be progressing.
Most commercial failures on complex projects are not sudden. They develop through unclear responsibilities, unrecorded changes, weakening contractual position, and cash flow assumptions that were never tested against contractual reality. By the time the problem surfaces, it has usually been building for months.
ACC Trust operates through four frameworks. Each addresses a distinct layer of exposure. Together, they cover the full lifecycle β from strategic positioning before execution begins, through operational governance during delivery, to commercial assessment before investment is committed.
01 β ACC Framework is the strategic layer. It establishes how commercial and contractual exposure is structured, made visible, controlled, and protected. Structure β Risk β Control β Protection. Break the sequence, and exposure compounds quietly.
02 β Contract Governance is the operational layer. Once the contract is signed, exposure does not disappear β it starts moving. Contract Governance is the discipline that keeps contractual control alive during execution, across authority, notices, change, payment, and the specific challenges of EPCM and Owner’s Engineer mandates.
03 β Project Monitoring is the execution layer. Monitoring that does not protect position is just reporting. Effective project monitoring tracks contractual standing in parallel with physical progress β identifying where control starts to weaken while the project still appears stable.
04 β PIRV β Pre-Investment Risk Visibility is the pre-investment layer. TDD tells you the condition of the asset. PIRV tells you the condition of the position β the commercial exposure, contractual drift, governance integrity, and cash flow risk that standard technical due diligence does not reach.
Each framework stands on its own. Together, they cover the full lifecycle of exposure.
